Jim is a highly-trained specialist in Process Safety Management regulated facilities and the chemical refining industry, with an extensive background in safety, training, and real-world experience. With forty years in construction and pipefitting, Jim also has experience with some of the most challenging and high-profile buildings in Chicago.

Tom Harrigan

One of the original members of the DePue team, Tom serves as the CFO, EVP, and Treasurer, encompassing the oversight of Insurance, Investments, Financial Reporting, Retirement Plans, and Human Resources. Tom loves being a part of the young and tech-savvy environment found at DePue, which keeps him thinking in new and creative ways.

Chip Kahsen

Having been with DePue Mechanical, Inc. since the beginning, Chip's roles have varied throughout the years and he's worn several hats from operations, project managing, estimating and sales. Recently, his attentions are being focused on quality and safety in order to further elevate the product that DePue offer.

Jason Pistorious

Having a passion for construction, Jason found his niche at DePue in 2008, and handles the financial responsibilities and IS/Data Management for DePue. He loves the daily changes and adventures the construction industry can have, and truly enjoys working with the DePue team.

Niko Capodice

Niko works on continuing relationships with existing clients as well as looking for potential new projects and customers that best fit the DePue team. He loves all aspects of working at DePue, from the team members to client families, to new experiences and challenges faced every day.

Brad Mooney

A former Navy Seabee, Brad has decades of experience in the construction industry. As a valued mentor and leader at DePue, he oversees manpower, estimating, and project management for many departments. He loves waking up every morning getting to build America.

Jazmin Velazquez

As the Executive Administrator, Jazmin is a key person at DePue who provides office support to all departments. You'll find Jazmin aiding in cultural engagement for office staff, and always ready to help out wherever needed.

Lauren Peterson

Lauren brings a unique blend of problem-solving expertise, process optimization, and dedication to her role as Executive Assistant to the President. She values DePue's family culture and prioritizes employee safety and quality. Lauren thrives on encountering new adventures each day in the dynamic and fast-paced environment at DePue. Denise Imig

With a decade of experience at DePue, Denise handles the packaging of tools, arrangement of deliveries, and makes sure specialty tooling is certified and tested.

Lea Longo

With a background in marketing, learning & development, and digital design, Lea handles the ins-and-outs of all creative marketing strategies. You'll find her posting to Depue's social media platforms, and wielding a camera at all events.

Don Ingalls

Don estimates commercial, industrial, service, and HVAC work for clients. He enjoys working at DePue for the professional atmosphere, the leadership, and the great teamwork.

Mike Falbo

Mike likes the challenges of the mechanical contracting industry and being able to work with the family-orientated team at Depue on a day-to-day basis. He works with other project managers on the DePue team to estimate many different service types for clients.

Mark White

Mark provides dedicated attention to DePue's R-Stamp and U-Stamp Documentation Quality Control and Weld Mapping, as well as managing and estimating projects, with additional assistance provided for the Service Department. Mark enjoys the challenges with learning and understanding all the different code requirements needed to make and repair pressure vessels.

Bob Depolo

Bob has decades of experience in the construction industry, and enjoys the service and maintenance side of things. As the lead of DePue's service department, Bob works with clients on a variety of maintenance plans and provides exceptional service to HVAC and Boiler units.

Adam Gregoriou

As a manager of Depue's northern territory accounts, Adam handles estimating, project management, manpower, and scheduling. He enjoys the close relationships developed with clients and being able to assist them, whether it's for a planned engineered project or an emergency repair job.

Chad Humphreys

With over 15 years of experience as a pipefitter, Chad's expertise shines through in his project management and field supervisor skills. He thoroughly enjoys working with different clients at various locations, building new relationships with clients, and interacting with the men and women in the field of work.

Joe Todd

Managing DePue's eastern and southern territory accounts, Joe handles estimating, project management, manpower, and scheduling. He enjoys working with new and existing clients and helping them design and complete projects.

Joe Keenan is a valued member of the Local 420 Steamfitter's Union of Philadelphia since 2014. With his dedication and expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Joe holds an MS in Construction Management from Drexel University, where he specialized in Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design Construction. His passion lies in finding and developing methods to connect and implement modern technologies within construction project lifecycles. His commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements ensures that we continue to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Mitch Brozovich

As a Project Manager and Estimator, Mitch is the eyes and ears of potential opportunities and continued excellence. He loves problem-solving unique issues that may arise, and finding ways to keep current clients happy.

Mitch Vogrin

s a Project Manager, Mitch manages our clients expectations throughout the construction process. He enjoys delivering the desired product in a time efficient manner. He loves building relationships that lead to great teamwork and success on a jobsite.

Mitch Jessen

Mitch oversees all detailed aspects of piping and mechanical scope of work, including safety, scheduling, outage planning, estimating and budgeting, quality control, manpower organization, piping design, and material procurement. He loves the opportunity to work with great people that share the same pride in quality workmanship that he values.

Lilly Schuck

Head of purchases, Lilly quotes and purchases all materials and equipment going to job sites. A tackler of exciting challenges, Lilly is a problem-solver and dessert-maker extraordinaire.

Jake Meyerhoff

With years of experience in purchasing and procurement, Jake has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he brings to the team. He is passionate about collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement of materials - from sourcing to delivery. Jake is a relationship-builder, working closely with a network of vendors to secure the best prices and quality materials, and is on top of each step in the procurement process, making sure materials arrive where they need to be, on time, and within budget.

Kimberly Nutley

Kimberly plays a key role in the processing, ordering, and creation of vendor- and subcontractor-related contracts and records, including invoices, PreQuals, material quotes, and purchase orders. Kimberly feels fortunate to work in a place that encourages ongoing education and supports Women in the Mechanical Contractors Industry through MCA of Chicago and WiMI.

Working in Special Projects, Gerald primarily handles quoting for DePue's western territories. He truly enjoys working with the people and ownership at DePue, and has been with the company since day one!
