As part of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago (MCA), DePue emphasizes upskilling and continued education for all of its employees
Over the last few years, DePue has sent roughly 15-20 employees through the Essentials of Project Management (EPM) certificate program hosted by the MCA-Chicago, but DePue’s engagement doesn’t stop there. Currently, Depue will be sending a small group of field foremen to the EPM program, and encourages these foremen to get involved in a myriad of classes, such as Project Scheduling, Project Manager Partnerships, Supervising for Safety, and other classes that will educate and enhance the DePue team to do their best.
