DePue Mechanical has been hired as the Prime General Contractor for a chiller replacement project at the Henkel – Cannon Falls location.
This replacement project will aid in Henkel’s sustainability initiative and dedication to reducing water usage. The new chiller system will “reduce the plant’s annual electricity usage by more than 1 million kilowatt-hours a year”*.

As the Prime General Contractor for the project, DePue will be responsible for project financials, complete change order management, create the project sequencing of subcontractors and coordinate between the customer and engineers.
